The bedsheets were not clean enough in room and sofa bed, there should have been more amenities like toilet paper, detergent and more towels. There was no extra blanket for the sofa bed. And no ironing board.

Quiet and safe neighbourhood. While it's quite far from the centre, it was easy to get to museums and Madrid's centre by bus / train

The bed was somewhat uncomfortable because of a squeaky mattress protector
