“Cozy and fully furnished apartment with two bathrooms, perfect for big groups of people.”

The best

This cozy and fully furnished apartment is perfect for large groups. With two bathrooms, it comfortably accommodated our group of seven guests and two pets. We spent Christmas Eve here and found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our Christmas dinner, which was a big plus. Another big plus is the parking slot in the garage, which was big enough to fit our van. The apartment is equipped with two air conditioners: one in the living room and another in the corridor that connects the bedrooms and bathrooms. While the heating function in the living room worked perfectly, the one in the corridor unfortunately did not (we stayed at the apartment in winter). Overall, it was a pleasant stay with minor issues that didn't detract from our experience. I would recommend it for gatherings or family events.

To be improved

We had an issue with the check in, which is made through an app. We did not receive the email with the link to download the app and, at first, we could not enter the building complex and the apartment. However, it was easily fixed through a phone call to the host.

The best

The apartment is huge with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was very clean and well appointed. The car park is underground in a private parking lot five minutes away on foot from the apartment, we followed the instructions to enter and exit and all went well. Overall this is a great apartment and although we stayed only one night we will use it again if we return to Cordoba!

Access to locate urbanisation entrance, very confusing not clear, no parking at all outside or near to collect keys 3 different doors to gain access, not all keys worked in the gates Parking off site 5 minutes away, difficult to gain entry, no help/security onsite, couldn't leave the car park without following another car through the exit... Then back to drop keys at apartment only to find the cleaner had gained access earlier than check out time and calling me to find out where the keys were located Ground clearance was very low on exit, scrapped our car underneath.. Very Stressful... It would be better to have parking in the onsite garage... If you don't have a car then no issues...
