A very nice complex with a large, clean pool and sunbeds. Check-in went very smoothly, and Angela was really nice. The apartment is nice and clean, and the terrace was great and sunny enough. A quiet area with a great view of the ocean.

To be improved

Most importantly, the bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress made loud noises (screeches) all the time. Secondly, there was a smell in the bathroom, possibly coming from the sewer, though I’m not sure of the exact source. You could smell it here and there. Not a major issue, but it would have been nice to have... the TV was smaller than what was shown in the pictures. Although we didn’t use it much, when we did, it would have been nice to have a bigger one. Instead, we used our laptop. Overall, it was okay, but I really think the owner needs to address the first two points (the mattress and the bathroom smell/sewer).

Apartment was comfortable and equipped with everything I needed. The photos gives you a good impression of the apartment and the complex. Nice and clean complex with swimming pool. Very nice and friendly owner. The handover of the apartment was easy and uncomplicated, I just made an appointment by phone. Good price performance ratio.

To be improved

The location is missing a good choice of restaurants or a beach in the immediate vicinity, but I for me this was not important. The next beach or restaurants are a 20 min walk away (if you don't have a car or don't want to take the bus).

Nice and well maintained complex, helpful staff, clean pool with sunbeds, apartment is well equipped for everyday use, close to the bus stop, supermarkets and the airport

The property is dated with some exposed electrical wires, electrical socket above the hob. Living room furniture was uncomfortable, basic kitchen utensils.
