“An apartment that could be delightful, when renovations are completed.”

The best

This spacious accommodation is within walking distance of the station and the centre of town. There are several small shops and bars nearby. The neighbourhood is quiet. The apartment, in an old house, has been newly developed so equipment is new. The shower was easy to use. The accommodation is very reasonably priced and when all the renovations are completed it could be beautiful. The patio needs to be renewed. A small table and chairs to sit outside the front door, and a few plants would transform the approach.

To be improved

It was difficult to open the grille gate with the key ( It had to be pulled towards you one way, and pushed away the other way, but it took us some time to learn this). The chairs were not properly assembled so they felt unsafe. The table and bed were also wobbly. There was only one small coffee cup, but plenty of glasses, and no tea towel. It is false economy to buy cheaper furniture, as it does not withstand use by many guests. Our only contact with the host was by email.

Very clean, comfy beds, all the facilities and great location for us. WiFi was super fast, A/C perfect. The host looked after us and was very helpful with the questions we had! Would definitely stay again.

What a ridiculous apartment, I really don’t understand what the landlord is aiming for? I already complained at booking because I am truly convinced that moist and moldy apartment should not be on the platform at all as they cause significant health problems. Next time booking writes about ESG bla bla please remember that they don’t care about the tenants given that they leave this accommodation on the platform despite all the criticism. Regarding the apartment excl. the smell and mould is max a 5. No door in this ridiculous apartment closes, furniture is loose, you cannot put down the toilet seat, come on what is this? But more importantly the mold has to be removed, period. I don’t care about anything else but this is a big big no-go. Stop being so greedy!!! I understand that everybody needs has hustle but please not on the expense of the health of orders. Take this apartment from the platform immediately and remove the mold!! It might costs you a few bucks but in the long run you will get better reviews and you can also increase the prices.
