Apartamento Laguna

This is a modern and smartly decorated apartment in a neighbourhood of Madrid that looks a bit old and crowded with relatively narrow streets. It is not really downtown Madrid, but it also not the suburbs. Before we arrived, we were a bit worried about where we were going to end up. Inside looks much better than outside. - It was possible to park for free not too far away (2 streets down, 6 minute walk) from the apartment, although it took a while to find a spot (we arrived on a Wednesday evening). Reportedly it is easier to park in the day time, because people take their cars to work. - There are evening stores and restaurants at short walking distance of the apartment. The street itself is quiet, though, with little traffic during the night. We ended up walking to the KFC, which was a bit further away, 15 minutes walking. - The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds. There is one on the backside and one on the street side. - The living room at the street side has a nice high table with bar stools. And there is also a 2-part couch and large Smart TV with cable. All very modern. - There were enough AC outlets to connect our phone chargers and such. - Wifi was easy to set up, we could scan the QR code to get the password quickly. - The bathroom was clean, combines a toilet and a shower. The shower was a bit tricky to control, but it does the job. - There is small to medium sized kitchen with appliances like micro wave and a stove, but no water cooker for tea. There is a coffee machine with pads ready to use, a nice touch. There are also plates, bowls and cutlery. We had a good night's sleep during our one night stay. This apartment is also excellent for longer stays, however. It is a nice little oasis in a busy city. The neighbourhood looks better in the daytime, btw. There is a school and little park nearby.

The property is very big. It has two bedrooms, one kitchen, private bathroom and a big living room. Very clean!! The host is always on line. I was with my boyfriend but if you want to be more people - you can be up to 6. The subway station is in 10mins walk and the bus to the airport is 7 mins away. I like it and I recommend it!!! I give it 6 out of 5 stars!

We did not like the cleanliness of the apartment, it was dirty and mold on the wall, soundproofing is not there, you can hear everything - as people talk on the street, repair the car in the garage under the apartment. The price is only good
