“Superb”
The best

Spacious apartments with nice balcony near the beach. Tram stop a few minutes away of the apartment from where you can reach center of Alicante with 10 minutes. Good and fast internet.

To be improved

Only 1 shampoo and 1 shower gel small bottles for 5 nights stay.

“Nice location and clean apartment”
The best

Nice location and clean apartment. Communication and guidelines were very good and useful. Paying security deposit was a bit new idea for me though I had no issues getting the refund. Location visible on booking.com should be corrected.

To be improved

Paying security deposit through a third party payment system is risky and it is something that should be integrated in booking.com system. Guests checkin including ID varification should also be done through booking.com. Both of these things do not relate to the propert itself but I mentioned as I found them a bit concerning from data security standpoint.

“It was very nice”
The best

The location is perfect. In front of the beach but no bars directly below so no noise. Tram station approx 200 m where you can get to many different locations. Even though there is a parking it was very easy to park on the street. Also the host was responding to all my questions. Flat is nice with several balconies around the flat. You can actually see the sunrise from the balcony.

To be improved

The flat is as on the pictures so it is as per expected there ar eno bad suprises here :) but there are tiny thing that requires changes- 1) Electricity contracted level- it has to be higher, in the winter if you use more then 3 electric things the electricity just goes down. It happened approx 5 times over 6 days... 2) The shower column- there is almost no pressure in water its so hard to have a proper shower. 3) Washing dishes- its true you receive a brand new packed washing kit but the liquid to wash dishes is approx 50ml (?) it lasted like 4 days only...so just put more please :)

The best

Perfectly located, the sea is across the road, trem stop in a short walk. Good size balcony, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean. I would stay again. Shops and restaurants near the apartment. I can recommend the apartment.
