“Great location and apartment but not for smokers”

The best

Great location in a pretty community. Good facilities and comfy beds. The host was very attentive on the phone before we arrived. Everything was in its place and clean. Easy to walk everywhere and get to shops and restaurants.

To be improved

It would have been nice to have water in the fridge on arrival. Summer in Sevilla is brutal. It was difficult to figure out how to get into the first gates as the door looks different to the one in the instructions. The whole community is non-smoking so a bit of a bind for smokers having to trudge to the narrow street each time when there is a large balcony right there, but that was our problem I suppose. But a lovely place that sums up Seville's traditional living perfectly.

“A lovely apartment in a beautiful building right next to Las Setas.”

The best

The location is very central, but the street is set back and surprisingly quiet. The bedrooms and reception spaces were good. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and modern. The two bathrooms were modern and clean. We really liked the traditional style of the building and the decor inside the apartment. All the beds were comfortable and the bedding was perfect for the hot weather. The central courtyard of the building was absolutely beautiful. The communication with the host was perfect - he was very organised with informing us how to access the property and he gave us really useful tourist information.

To be improved

The apartment has great air conditioning but I like to let in fresh air from time to time. It would be good to have shutters/blinds on the windows that could be used to allow in some air while still maintaining privacy/quiet from the neighbours. We had to open the windows fully to let in air. As a result, we felt we needed to be quite quiet as we could hear some of the neighbours having conversations.

Very quiet traditional Spanish specific location, very near to Mercado de la Encarnacion. The door code/key procedure is a perfect solution to eneter the location (as an advice for the owner - you can may be more explicit that for both the wood and metal doors the same unlock procedure should be used).
