The property is in an exelent location, the apartment is very clean and well equiped, the host was exellent, there was plenty of bedding and lots of cleaning products and toiletries,

We really liked the kindness of the host, location location location (3 min from the Levante Beach and about 10 min from the Ponient beach, also about 5-6 min from Balcon de Mediteraneo), close to a lot of restaurants, close to supermarkets and chinese shops selling everything from beach chairs to umbrellas, beach toys to souvenirs. The apartment is not with beach view, but at a good price and so close to the beach it really does not matter that much. The italian restaurant next door is very good, however avoid the non-stop supermarkets and go to stores like Mercadona or Consum. Very close to bus stations that you can get to reach all the water parks (hint - take bus 01 to Aqualandia and Mundomar, it's less than 5 euro for 3 people but be prepared with cash). You can also reach the tram station but it is a little bit of a walk there. As for the apartment itself is OK space for 1 week for 2 adults and one child, bit noisy at night from the people on the street, but it has absolutely everything you might need - clothes washer, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, electric stove, AC. We never ran out of hot water for the shower, but the truth is we did not use a lot of hot water as it was very warm outside. The shower is a little tight to get in and out for someone who is obese like me but I managed just fine. 4th floor with elevator. Would 100% recommend!

I liked it all very much!!! The hostess allowed us to check in early, which was great after the long journey. She met with me and told me how it works and turns on. The apartment is small, but very cozy. It has everything you need for a holiday, including washing powder and a dishwasher, as well as many different little things needed in everyday life. But we bought all this before, and here everything was in stock. This helped us a lot. Excellent location, in the very center, a few minutes to the beach. I 100% recommend this apartment for a holiday in the beautiful city of Benidorm!!!

It was in a great place for old and new town experiences and also a few minutes from the sea front.
