I had a mixed experience staying here. The apartment has some great aspects, like a fully equipped kitchen (though it lacks basic essentials like salt, which I had to buy separately), comfortable furniture, clean with even air freshener in the wardrobe, and a smart TV that made for nice movie nights. The location is also convenient and in a very nice neighbourhood, with easy access from the airport and supermarkets nearby, including a small one with fresh morning baked goods.

To be improved

However, there were some issues that affected my stay. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell coming from the drain, which made it unpleasant to use, and I had to keep the door closed to manage it. Additionally, the bathroom door lock was broken, making it tricky to deal with. The water pressure in the kitchen sink was very low, requiring a lot of patience for washing dishes. Noise was also a factor—I'm not sure if it’s due to thin walls or loud neighbors, but we could hear conversations and even some snoring from the next apartment. Overall, the place has potential, but addressing these maintenance issues would make it a much better stay.

The room is large and the bed confortable. 6mn away from galletas beach, airport and 3 mn from highway.

To be improved

Some points really need to be improved: there is a very bad smelling in the bathroom, one bed and one roof lamps are not working. Also the bathroom door is in a poor shape, cannot be closed and has no lock. The painting has been poorly done, is not finished around the bathroom door, and there is absolutely no decoration. It’s a pity, as with little investment and time il could much more nice, as the space is large.and the bed confortable.

Everything in the apartment was new.

To be improved

Had neighbours for the first day of my stay, apartment walls are a bit on the Thin Side! Could hear everything. Unfortunately, the tv was not the best... was tuned in Italian and couldn't be changed. Buses can be erratic due to heavy traffic, The timetable seems to be advisory.
