The best

Lovely modernised apartment. comfy bed. Very helpful and attentive staff. Not on site but online and telephone. Enrique very helpful with the booking in /security online.

To be improved

Hard to find. No disabled access. Steep steps up to 1st floor apartment which I didn't expect. Digital booking system and key code access procedure. Not easy for old/ non tech savvy to do but achieved with the boundless help of Enrique. Without him, I would have given up and booked in elsewhere.

The best

Free parking 50m from the front door and safe. Very convenient for seeing the old town and riverside walks. Good communication from the owner & kept in touch during our stay. Pretty little apartment & very comfortable bed & pillows. Everything very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

To be improved

For tall people the ceilings are quite low but for us fine. It was a bit noisy as pedestrian walkway at side of building. Traffic noise too. When windows are closed it’s quiet but it was hot during our stay and as there’s no aircon only fans we needed the windows open.

The best

The location of the place, the availability of the host and the price. The apartment has everything besides a washing machine, which is something you can consider if you think you need it. It wasn't my case because I was just passing by. Would rent it back if I am to go back to Logroño anytime.
