the apartment needs to be refreshed, the entire apartment has a musty smell, the bedding and towels have a chemical smell, as does the shower gel. the foil sheet made it impossible to sleep normally.

Well equipped apartment with a pull out sofa bed in the lounge, a powerful shower and everything you need to make a decent meal in the kitchen. Located within a complex of apartments known as the Oceana apartments. The apartment is up 2 small flights of stairs with a landing in between. There is a communal pool but very few sun loungers. The apartment has a very small balcony to fit a table and 2 chairs. There is ample parking right outside the number coded gate to the complex. The main bins are across the road on the rough ground. The landlady communicates via WhatsApp and is quick to answer questions and called a repair man to a window for us within 10 minutes.

To be improved

The apartment is situated so that it doesn't get the sun at any time on the balcony. The sun streams through the bedroom window but this window is on a corridor accessed by occupants of other apartments so anyone can peer in the bedroom if you have the blind open. The walk along the coastal path to Caletta de Fuste has been given at 20-30 minutes, if you walk very briskly, this could be achieved but I would suggest the walk is more like 40 minutes. The small residential town of Costa de Antigua has bars and restaurants accessible within 5-10 minutes though.
