No air conditioning, It is installed but couldn't find or didn't ask for the remote control. WARNING: Spanish citizens should be aware that the law requires you to submit your family's private information to an online system.

The apartment is not sound proof... what I mean when you sleep at night you hear all the cars and motors driving on the street like there is no door or wall. The internet (wi-fi) was working only on our first day and then stopped and not worked till the end of our stay. As during the nights it was little cold we asked to use the AC ,but owner said rhat the remote control is broken and we can't turn it on...

It was a bit fresh and when I called to ask about the air-con remote control they couldn't tell me where it was and she said she will call me back and never did. Maybe it was cause she didn't speak English but I expected a call back. I was with two little children and I wanted to switch on the hot air.

However, the heating was not working. The host didn't bother to inform beforehand. Instead, she tried to pretend it was alright until I asked about it. This is during winter period, and we were left freezing the entire night. The host didn't provide any alternative heating and also refused to initiate a partial refund. Strongly recommend not going to this place. Furthermore, the apartment's floor is sandy and dirty as though it hasn't been cleaned. Hairdryer is sticky, kitchen cloth is dirty, and in general the apartment feels really old. The host friendly, and is also rude and unhelpful. Very unpleasant stay.
