Apartamento Luxury Suite Huelva Zona Centro

Everywhere you looked in the apartment there was mould. The walls ran with water once the hot tub was turned on making everything damp, bedding, clothes etc. Had two nights booked only stayed one due to the smell of mould and the bed being the most uncomfortable I had ever slept in, it left my wife and I, with bad backs. Shower waste was blocked so you could only have turned on for a few seconds at a time otherwise you would flood property. Fridge ice box door missing so anything put in fridge froze. The hot tub looked really nice but in reality because of the way it is constructed very hard to clean and effectively you are sitting in water with hair, dead skin and what ever came off the people who used it before.

Firstly very difficult to find as no street number was on our confirmation and picture given was a different building. With very little English spoken it was difficult to communicate with the owner on the phone so in the end a shopkeeper spoke to him on our behalf as he could see how distressed I was. He arrived at number 23. If you google the street you will understand why. You walk through a central courtyard and you feel like you are in a ghetto. The private bath is disgusting. The final straw was when we came back to the room after walking around in the heat and wanted to take a shower only to realise there were no towels. This apartment is called luxury apartments and at the time of booking was rated 8.9. Nothing short of false and misleading advertising. Beware!
