We have stayed in Villamartin many times but wanted something a little bit more modern Apartment 27 was definitely that, We drove to the offices to collect the keys but the cleaner was still in, not a problem as we arrived early, the cleaner messaged to say if we had any problems let her know we explained we were close by and handed us the keys such a lovely lady. The apartment on arrival was pristine a very good eye to detail, every room was decorated beautifully, very comfortable beds, lovely and cold air conditioning, the pull down bed in the front room was broken but this was not a problem for us, kitchen cupboards were fully stocked with equipment, utility room had the usual washing machine, mop, brush, beach umbrellas and lots of toys for children to play either in the garden or at the pool, there was 2 plastic sun seats unfortunately one was broken at the bottom they were not very strong so decided to leave them where they were, on going outside the area was huge with a big patio table and 8 chairs plus a cushioned patio set. Very safe and secure blocks needing a fob to get in, pool area was very clean, lots of space although not many people around it, All in all a very nice apartment

To be improved

The only one thing that let this apartment down was having no sun beds/loungers if we wanted to sunbathe we had to lay on our towels on the grassed area of the garden, same when we went to the pool.

To be improved

No coffee machine, no kettle, no washing machine. For that standard you should be able to have a hot beverage and wash your clothes.
