“Great place to explore Malaga from, a great city.”

The best

Location great, 15 min walk to centre of old town, but being other side of river in more residential area great. Apartment spacious. Decently equipped. A little tired but comfortable. Suited us well. Nice to have parking option.

To be improved

A little noisy, but to be expected in a city. Door lock was stiff but I lubricated. No apartment manual.

“Excellent location and very impressive property”

The best

The apartment was much larger that we expected and had all the facilities we required for our stay. The apartment building is very well looked after and very clean. There is a lovely courtyard in the middle which you have to walk through to reach this property.

To be improved

The Aircon did not seem to work. Also, the commute from the apartment to the city centre is quite long so we had to rely on taxis to get to and from.

“Convenient location, but poor customer service”

It was very conveniently located near the main train station. All the facilities were decent.

To be improved

We had outage of electricity in our apartment on one of the nights, so we contacted the owner to get it fixed but we didn’t receive a positive response. He asked us to check with other neighbours which we didn’t feel comfortable doing, anyhow we still did and when we got to know that others have electricity, we contacted the owner and asked if he could come and take a look and get it fixed and he said that he is not an electrician, and is currently out of town, which we were disappointed about because it should’ve been his responsibility to get it fixed. Anyhow we managed to get the lights back on after he suggested to turn off and turn on all the switches. What was really annoying was that we were charged 25 euros for being half an hour late after the checkin time was closed, so we expected better service. So essentially they won’t even be slightly flexible when they have to take money from you, but when it comes to resolving any issues, the service is very poor.

Air conditioning failure at night. Properly manager asked late check out fees although the check out was within the timeframe. Bothering communication . No kitchen essentials like coffee, sugar, oil etc.
