“Superb”

We had a great time with our kids in this appartement. The location is perfect, so close to the sea. There is a new bed, so you don't have to sleep on the sofabed. Great communication as well. Thank you!

“No good for long stay”

The best

1. Great Location There’s a large supermarket right below the guesthouse — it has everything you need and is great for both shopping and browsing. The beach is right across the street, and there are several restaurants nearby as well. 2. Convenient Transportation It takes about 20–25 minutes to walk to the city center. If you don’t feel like walking, there are buses that take you directly there. 3. Well-equipped Room The room includes a kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. The appliances are simple and easy to use. 4. Decent Wi-Fi The Wi-Fi is good enough for remote work.

To be improved

1. Located on the 2nd Floor of a Commercial Building There’s no elevator, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up the stairs. 2. Gym on the Ground Floor There’s a gym on the first floor, and its operating hours on weekdays are from 6 AM to 11 PM. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer to sleep early, the noise might be disruptive. 3. No View The windows face another residential building, which feels a bit awkward and lacks privacy. 4. Bathroom Inconveniences The biggest downside for us was that the bathroom didn’t provide shampoo or body wash. We assumed at least a few days’ worth would be included, but the host stated guests must bring their own. Also, there was no shelf or rack in the shower !!!! everything had to be placed on the floor, which made it quite inconvenient to use. 5. The bed was too soft, and the pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on.

All praise for the accommodation and service. The location of the apartment is fantastic, everything is easily accessible: the beach, the city center, shops... It is perfect for a family vacation. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
