“Perfect apartament for a nice stay in Lanzarote”

The best

The apartament is really nice and well located. Bars, restaurants and groceries are some minutes walking. However, I recommend to hire a car to explore the island and you can park inside the property at the outdoors parking lot. The property provides you with the remote to access. The pool has a good size and when we stayed at the property, it wasn’t packed at all. :-) The management were extremely helpful with everything.

To be improved

The only thing is that we just had a towel for everything: shower, face… I would have appreciated at least 2: one for the face and the big one for the shower.

The apartment's facilities are truly outstanding, providing a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The parking adds an extra layer of convenience. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport, while still maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. It truly provides the best of both convenience and comfort, making it an ideal place to stay.

To be improved

The towels smelled bad. I felt like they were overused and old. The couch was also not very comfortable to sleep on, since there were 3 of us, one person had to sleep on the couch. The pool has potential to be a nice amenity, but it could use more attention to cleanliness. There is noticeable green algae along the edges, which detracts from the overall experience. With a bit more regular maintenance and care, this space could truly shine and be a great spot to relax.
