No meet and greet, as you advised me there would be. Entry system was confusing, involving dragging heavy cases to a different street number to retrieve keys from a key safe. All contact was via WhatsApp. Air con was inactive when patio door slightly ajar. This door catch was broken for the 5 days creating an inability to lock apartment securely, Aircon failed on last day - 35° of heat ! All problems could have been resolved by someone attending in person. We saw nobody for 5 days. Our WhatsApp communications were randomly answered, usually laying blame on me for not opening "links" for information. Refurbished as promised?? Dirty and damaged sofa. State of kitchen unsatisfactory. Microwave rusty and dirty. Ants appeared every time food was prepared from behind the cheap, plastic, stick on splashback. No bedside lights in main bedroom, just a 2 metre, bright, LED strip on the ceiling. Ridiculous, annoying and wasteful sensor hall lights clicking on and off all day and night. All WhatsApp's saved + photos.

Just needs a bit more instructions about recycling.

Reading previous comments about the train, we did not find it that disturbing. The train passes through the centre of Sitges. You can barely hear the train from the back bedroom.

They didn't have a locker for the keys.
