“Clean, updated and great Value for the money”

The facilities were nicely renovated. It was very clean and welcoming. The location was very close to the bus and train station. We were using Cordoba as a base to go to Granada and Sevilla. This worked perfectly for us.

The apartment itself was a sanctuary - impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all amenities one could wish for. Cozy living area was perfect for unwinding and kitchenette provided the flexibility to prepare meals at my convenience as there is a grocery store around the corner, only 10 mins walk. Very much enjoyed this trip and would highly recommend this accommodation.

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the little cakes, teabags, oil and vinegar that were provided. The beds were very comfortable with nice, cotton sheets. Everything felt new and fresh. There was a lot of information provided by the host, in Spanish, to guide on history of Cordoba and key sights.

To be improved

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and the front door of the building slams often and late in the evening. The bedrooms are at the back but in one bedroom noise can be heard from the foyer of the building. We did not particularly like the area. It is convenient for the railway and bus stations, however it is a bit of a walk into town and it is not an especially attractive residential suburb.

“Excellent!”

The best

Eva’s apartment was a great surprise! just 20 min walking from the center, but with all services (supermarkets, pharmacies, stores, etc) at the door. It was exceptionally clean and well decorated, we felt like at home! All the nice touches such as sugar, vinegar, coffee are much appreciated. I definitely recommend it!
