“Beautiful view !”

The best

the view and the location are great . The apartment is renovated and very nice but needs some details such as cleaning or dishwasher soap , or kitchen towels . It is a pity because we were staying for more than a week and it was difficult to keep the apartment clean unless we buy all what is needed .

To be improved

The lack of details as the cleaning stuff and the sofa needs to be replaced . It is very uncomfortable .

1 - The apartment location is perfect. Right in front of the beach and not far away from groceries so that they can be reached within 10 min walk 2 - instruction to get inside on your own are well provided and easy to follow

To be improved

1 - the apartment below was undergoing massive renovation works. Heavy drilling and hammering started at 8 AM and went on until 6PM. The agency claimed that neither the landlord nor the facility manager informed them about it and they sent someone to check. As they witness the scale of what was going on they acknowledge our distress and looked preoccupied with the fact that such works could go on for weeks and might ruin a good portion of the renting season. They promised to do something about it but nothing happened. When I contacted them multiple times to ask about next steps and also to discuss the possibility of a partial refund they never answered back. It is pretty frustrating to be ghosted by an agency, especially in a situation like this. They are absolutely not a serious business. 2 - in reviews from 2023 you will find people complaining about not working fans and light in the ceilings bedrooms. 8 months later, at the time of our visits, they are still not working. 3 - multiple pieces of furniture have rust on it, the doors of the shower do not close properly. In general there is a total lack of eye for details on the apartment itself. 4 - if you happen to need the washing machine, run it a few time without any clothes. Since they do not do regular maintenance on it, it is super smelly. 5 - normally in a rented apartment you always get some of the generics to clean. They only left us 2 toilet paper rolls and 2 dishwasher capsules. No sponge, no dish soap, no cleaning tool. It is pretty annoying to waste money in such things for a short stay. We left plenty, so people after us should benefit from it.

Excellent panoramic views of muchavista beach and location was outstanding for the tram to Alicante and El campello.

No heater in the small bedroom for children. Was chilly in February at night.
