Some items need to be maintained like handle of the door, flooring outside the bathroom, washing machine.

Electrical issues, exposed wires in bathroom, kettle with broken handle that fell off on first use. Curtains that didn’t provide sufficient privacy, shower head broken had to tie up with string, WI-FI didn’t work, Generally a little tired and needs updating.
