“Very clean flat with spacious open living/dining/kitchen area in a perfect location in Bilbao!”

The location was exceptional as was the cleanliness of the apartment. We had plenty of room in the main areas of the flat for the 4 of us (2 couples). The owner was very accommodating for our check-in and check-out times and was a great communicator.

To be improved

These are small details...It was quite hot while we were there and so a couple of fans for the bedrooms would have been nice at night. Also, the bathrooms were very small. The ensuite for the main bedroom could use a standing holder for the toilet paper roll.

The best

We liked the location of this property and it was very close and easy to find from the underground parkade close by. It has gone through some renovations so the interior was clean and modern. Having 2 bathrooms made it comfortable for 4 adults and the washing machine was a great plus.!

To be improved

Firstly, we stayed during an extreme heat wave that the region rarely experiences so therefore the flat was very warm as there was no AC and no fans. We asked the host, who only communicated through WhatsApp , he did not meet us in person, if he could bring a fan. He told us where to go buy one and that he would reimburse us but I didn’t want to take that chance. Secondly, I felt slightly misled with the description of the property in that we were expecting a terrace with a view. The terrace is tiny where you can’t sit on it and the view is into a big close building. Be aware that there are noises from the street and the metro which is nearby so earplugs are necessary. If you’re young party goers you probably won’t care about that.

The apartment is in a great location just off the main river with plenty of amenities in proximity. We drove up from Reus airport and parking was no issue whatsoever in the underground car park despite being in central Bilbao. Overall a great apartment which served our needs perfectly.

“Exceptional”

The best

Right in the centre of the old town, a great traditional square close by and the more touristy plaza close too. The owner was super helpful, booked an early cab (too early for the bus) back for us to the airport when we struggled with the language barrier and recommended where to eat/drink etc were brilliant. As this was a weekend getaway the recommendations were a time saver and allowed us to enjoy Bilbao - a great city :)

To be improved

We were 4 friends staying in different areas of the apartment and although one of the friends staying on the sofa bed didn’t sleep well due to the noise outside on the street it wouldn’t stop us booking again

“We loved it”

The best

Great location, apartment is located in the old town near a metro station, shops, restaurant and bars are around the corner. The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities you may need. Excellent choice if you're travelling with 5-6. The two bathrooms were also very convenient.

To be improved

The beds were not very comfortable.

It is a very cozy apartment, beautiful design, with all amenities, all facilities near by, very clean, very big, in the city center. One of the best apartment that I stayed in vacations. I really recommend it! The host was very closed to us, informing about all things that we need it!
