The best

The location is excellent and the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. We had a small issue with one of the showers that was sorted the same day.

To be improved

The damage deposit was paid and we are still waiting for it to be returned. The issue is that it was taken and not held. To return it they keep saying they need the IBAN, something our bank disputes. To be clear they are trying to return the deposit and the problem seems to be with their system not the staff.

We had to pay EUR 300 for deposit and the pick up and drop off the keys were quite a missions.

Lovely modern apartment plenty of wardrobe space and large balcony

To be improved

Towels and bedding could have been better quality - towels were too small but as there was only two of us in the 2 bed apartment we were able to use the 2 sets of towels supplied.
