Apartamento Modern OscVict en Murcia

The apartment was just as gorgeous as on our last visit. Spotless, supplied with everything we might need.- even umbrellas and shopping bag! Note : for food safety reasons, no foodstuffs at all are supplied. The location is perfect - a comfortable walk from the old part of the city, and 5 minutes away from the railway station from where you can reach Cartagena and other destinations by train, or Lorca by Renfe bus. The apartment building is located in Barrio del Carmen, so it really feels like being in a local community and not in a tourist area. All communication with Victor was fantastic. Fast replies through Booking.com, and instantaneous replies on WhatsApp during the few days before our arrival. We had no problems during our stay, but Victor made.it clear that he could.be contacted at any time.

The apartment was spotless and decor and excellent lighting made it bright and inviting. Plenty of storage space, and very well equipped - even an umbrella and a shopping bag! Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen but we were on holiday so did no cooking! Air conditioning in the living area was very effective and a quiet fan in the bedroom kept us cool at night. Bed was comfortable. Bedside table on one side, and on the other side clever use of a mirror unit which could be turned to provide shelving for phone, glasses, book etc. Because there is a curtain but no door between the bedroom and living area, we felt that the apartment is ideal for 2 rather than 3 people. But the sofa is really comfortable to sit or snooze on so it would definitely be a comfortable bed! Key collection worked out very well. Victor sent us all details the day before our arrival. Keys in lockbox at building entrance. Three locks on apartment door so we felt very secure. Victor was a great person to deal with. He doesn't speak English but we communicated well before and during our stay with WhatsApp. He was able to use Google to translate and all was perfect. We had no problems but he checked with us several times to make sure all was OK. Location was ideal for us - being near the train station made it easy to go Cartagena for the day, and it meant there was also a taxi rank for getting back to Murcia Corvera airport. Plenty of shops, supermarkets etc in the area, and an easy walk to the Cathedral and main part of the city. The one-way traffic system means that a taxi from the airport comes through some run-down streets, but the apartment itself is on a corner with Calle Santa Ursula and a few steps from the busier shopping street. We really loved our week in Apartment OscVict and we'll be back!

Friendly owner. Great location. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is clean and comfortable

The owner welcomed us like old friends, was very helpful and quickly solved all our wishes/problems. The apartment is very close to the train station in a quiet little street and a nice walk away from the center, everything you need is close by. When we return we definitely will be staying here.
