“Good choice to visit Madrid”

The best

The studio looks exactly like on the pictures. Not big, but enough. On the third floot. Lift in the building. Well equiped kithen. Very close to the market, supermarkets and restaurants. 30 min to the City Center with public transport. There is a free public parking 7 min walk from the apartment - GPS: 40.394670, -3.671681. Exelent communication with the host. Recommend.

“Great apartment for a few days stay”

The best

Easy way to access the building, it was super clean and smelling really nice. Very comfortable overall and all the amenities worked. Had towels, shower gels and soap and overall well equipped. Many supermarkets and restaurants around.

To be improved

Location is somewhat ok. Near the metro station but not very near the centre. The neighborhood isn't the greatest in Madrid but that was known anyways. Just do your research.

The price was good, the apartment was clean and the elevator helped a lot.

To be improved

The location was horrible. The streets around were either slum, people sleeping in the street, or trash all around. We wanted a taste of Madrid in the restaurants but actually found it was more like Mexico. Mexican citizens and Mexican restaurants. We paid 30 Euros round trip for a taxi to Santana plaza to get a meal and wander around for a few hours before returning to the apartment for safety. We have stayed in Mexico a few times but not in as low of an area as this. I guess the name Centro threw us off because it was not in the center unless you consider the center of the Barrio.

“Well worth”

The best

It was clean, comfortable, well equipped, close to the metro station, markets and restaurants in the vicinity as well. Same as on the photos.

To be improved

The windows could be a bit more soundproofed cause you can hear the noise from the street from the cars and people yelling, even at night, but since we managed to sleep well, cant say that this is a deal-breaker. The washing machine was out of order, but did not need it anyways.
