“Nice flat, poor administration”

the flat is great and so is the location. the administrators were prompt to fix 2 equipments not working in the flat

To be improved

the administration of the flat through the company Alterhome is terribly inefficient - dozens of automated messages, late replies, confusing requests, links not working, miscommunication with staff. A massive waste of time.
