The property was beautiful and clean. The rooms are spacious and the apartment is well equipped. The fans and air conditioning units were much appreciated when we stayed!

“Comfortable”

The best

Very spacious apartment right in the center of Bilbao, close to almost everything you need. Supermarkets, pharmacies and multiple cafés are within minutes. The metro stop at train station Abando or metro station Moyua are 5-10 minutes away. To get into the old quarter, you can take the bus or the tram or simply walk for 10 minutes. The owner Patricia is easy to reach and responds within minutes. You are in very good hands with Apartment Naiala. A lot of the previous guests talk about the noisy trains, but it's not as bad to be honest, you'll get used to it and the trains don't run at night. The shutters also block out any outside lights. This was not a problem for us.

To be improved

The only very very minor downside is that, if you want to go to the old quarter, you always need to walk around a bit due to the train tracks and location of the two closest bridges across the Nervión.

Lovely apartment, beautifully renovated, nicely decorated and finished. Plenty of space. We had a really comfortable stay. Great central location and good public parking nearby.

the quality of the bed and fabrics throughout was excellent; kitchen well equipped for self-catering if you wanted to do so. security was great, felt very safe. Location is perfect for walking around the city.

To be improved

perhaps re-locate the mop from the kitchen, or replace with a disposable type.
