The location was excellent, the property clean and the welcome pack was lovely.

To be improved

Lot of steps down to the property which wouldn't suit someone with mobility issues. This is an underbuild property with no natural light except for the doorway so needed lights on all the time. No towel rail in bathroom so had to use shower rail. No information pack to explain how to use the projector screen for watching Netflix etc even if we could have found the controls and for those who don't know the area there was no information pack showing what was available. Needed to take the door key if we went outside because door locked automatically once it was closed and we didn't find this out until we were locked out but luckily we had the key with us. Cristina's husband arranged to see us the day after we arrived but didn't turn up and although we tried to contact him we didn't manage to. We didn't see either of them to find out what to do with the key on our last day so had to leave it in the door the morning we left.

Location was very good,just around the corner from a fabulous beach, and some lovely bars and restaurants.

The Apartment inside is ok

The Apartment is on a building site. The building itself is unfinished. Totally unacceptable. Left as soon as we could. Not safe had a crane working overhead as we left!
