“Great apartment, shame about the bins and lack of keys”

Very nice apartment in a very nice complex. Roof terrace was very spacious and always quiet.

To be improved

No key supplied to enter complex after picking key up from lock box. Complex key was inside room. I had to jump over a wall to enter the complex to collect keys to bring my family inside. No bins inside complex, only random bins on the streets that end up overflowing with refuse o. The floor and vermin all around. Pool was closed for cleaning on 2 out of our 6 days.

“Outstanding apartment and facilities in Cuidad Quesada!”

Beautiful luxurious apartment complex, stunning pool and palm tree gardens. Every possible comfort is offered in this superb pristine accomodation. Lots of bright openspace, wardrobes, bathrooms, kitchen and dining facilities. They kindly met us to handover the keys on arrival, showed us around. They also allowed us a late checkout which was so kind. I can't say enough about this rental apartment and highly recommend. We will be coming back later in the year. Thank you .

“Nice apartment close to Quesada”

The best

Nice first floor apartment with great solarium. Clean and modern with good bathrooms and comfortable beds. Off street parking about 50 metres from the apartment. Very quiet at this time of year (April). Nice pool area. About a mile to walk into central Quesada which was fine for us and lots of bars restaurants are open.

The balcony is north facing so doesn’t get any sun in April. There is a great solarium for sunbathing but I’m less inclined to go up to it when just sitting with a coffee. We had no departure instructions and I got no reply to messages and WhatsApp call to the agent/owner who contacted us regarding checkin. Also no response on the booking.com messaging link so in the end we just had to decide to leave the keys in the apartment which was a little awkward because one of us has to hold the complex gate open whilst the keys were returned to the apartment.
