“Worst check-in experience I have ever seen.”
To be improved

I had to wait them on the street even though I informed them 2 hours ahead. And it was not an early checkin. After some time we met with a lady that was really kind and apologised for the inconvenience. After parking the car I realised that she gave me wrong keys for the elevator. I had to use stairs with three luggages. I had to go outside because that was the only way. I came to the door of the actual building. Realised that the building key is also wrong. I spent more than an hour trying to get in.

The location was great. Apartment was lovely and spacious. The balcony was great. Lovely to have a washing machine.

Try to sign onto WiFi as wrong information provided. Only 3 hangers in wardrobe !!! Apartment needs a bit of TLC to make it perfect. Shower head broken .

Apartment is spacious, nice, clean. Close to the city centre. Plenty of cafeterias, restaurants and shops nearby.

To be improved

Garage is a big complicated, hasn’t got clear marks. It was good to have washing machine, coffee machine, but some washing liquid or pods will be appreciated.
