“Not perfect but very good value for money”

Location is great, next to the saltwater pool and the Arena beach, parking was relatively easy to find, some nice restaurants near, good supermarket a short drive away. The host was kind and provided plenty of useful advice. The apartment has some drawbacks but is overall still very good value for money.

To be improved

The apartment is dated, furniture fairly old but functional. There is a smell on certain days - I suppose from sewers. The music from the nearby resort is very loud and makes it hard to fall asleep on most evenings. Kitchen supplies are very very basic if you want to do some cooking yourself. Only two deckchairs are available for the apartment, so if you are more than two you will have to share as all chairs are private.

The location is perfect, right by the pool, next to the beach and across the road from a selection of restaurants and bars. The apartment was perfect for us, great facilities - laundry, kitchen, semi shaded terrace.

The best

Perfect location, apartment has everything you need. Big swimming pool to see from the window. Beach in 1 min walk. Shops & restaurants close by. Beautiful cities near Los Gigantes.

The best

The location is perfect-by the beach, restaurants, shops. The apartament is very well equipped with everything you need. The pool is clean, big enough for a good swim and a nice atmosphere. The owner is very helpful. The terrace is a big plus.

To be improved

Nothing really. Maybe the things in the house are a bit old but if you want a recently furnished apartment you expect to pay more.
