Apartment is nice and well located and equiped.

To be improved

Checkin process is too complicated (lots of paperwork to be sent beforehand, payment via website, getting the key at their office, signing a contract...)Staff was not very welcoming/borderline rude. They also by mistake charged us twice for the deposit and did not apologize. I would recommend changing their website and process to make it more aligned with what most host do currently

“Lovely little apartment in a superb location 👌”
The best

We had a bad experience last time we rented an apartment in Javea, but not this time. This apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and the facilities on site were top notch. Great pool, nice little gym, sauna, small playground and great parking. Communication between us and the property was effective. We arrived and left on Sundays so we never actually dealt with the staff in person, but the instructions for picking up and dropping off keys were clear and there were no complications. Best of all, the rental agency didn’t try and sting us with damage fees, which the last place did. All in all, we had a great week in Javea for a good price

10am check out is a bit strict. 12pm would have been more convenient.

Hot water too hot, no thermostat- high possibility of scalding. Noise from neighbours at 3am arguing. Impossible to control temperature of shower in bath.

Great location, comfy beds, lovely big balcony, everything in apartment you need hair dyers, iron and cutlery. Jávea was a lovely resort. We couldn’t fault anything.
