To be improved

The property is not adequately equipped to handle the total capacity it advertises. If more than three appliances are used simultaneously (example: air conditioning, hairdryer, toaster), the power cuts out, which is highly inconvenient, especially with a group. Additionally, the flat is poorly equipped overall: there weren’t enough chairs for everyone at the dining table, and basic items like mugs were insufficient. Overall, we found the experience disappointing and not up to the standard we expected.

Good location close to everything to see in Grenade.

To be improved

Very too noisy with the neighbors the walls aren't isolated we could hear tv/radio in the rooms. We found a cockroach in the living room. The AC was too noisy, we heard vibrations in the walls.
