The property was big and well laid out. Situated in a good location and was well equipped and relatively clean.

To be improved

There was often a drain smell in the apartment and in the 2 nights we stayed, the washing machine was leaking despite us not having used it. The showers and sink would not drain water. The toilet was backing- up so not ideal. The towels seemed somewhat tired… and though the general feel was clean, the sofa and the throws/cushions on the beds had stains.

“Great place to stay”

The best

Very clean, in perfect location. Could walk to most places and yet was quiet when we wanted to sleep. Better than pics. Warning that you do have to walk up a few stairs to get to elevator, so not fully accessible.

The apartment was beautiful. Lovely and clean, perfect location for malaga city centre. 5 minutes to Larios Street, secure building and a lift made it the perfect place to stay with older family members. The host made it easy to pick up the keys and was really helpful and available for any questions. Look forward to staying again.

Clean and spacious with amenities close to hand !

To be improved

We asked the host if they was any construction or redevelopment in the building or surrounding area. The review in the past had mentioned noise! The host replied no works in the area! The apartment on the fourth floor was being totally renovated. This apartment is on the 6th floor . We could hear noise from the apartment below on the 5th floor between 4-5am as the resident woke up and went to work. We would not have booked this apartment if we had known about the noise.
