The first impression was deceptive!The clineliness of the apartments and the care for the residents are lacking.

To be improved

We booked accommodation for 2 weeks. During the summer heat season.Obviously we started using the air conditioner.One for a 3 room apartment. But its work was terrible,it was impossible to freshen up.And when I saw what it looked like inside.I was shocked!It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in few years.I wrote to the owner to have a master come and clean the air conditioner. However,my request was ignored, instead I was told to use a fan.Seriously? The most terrible thing in this situation is that my son got sick because he is allergic to dust. His bronchi are his weak point.Obviously, this happened because he breathed in that dirt and mold😭 This is the top floor and the apartment under the roof heats up very much during the day.It was terrible!

View from balcony was fantastic and location to the old town. Bedrooms of good size

To be improved

Didn't like the shower as it was very enclosed and needed updating. Bathroom on the small size as well for 3 bedroom property. If large bedroom next to bathroom was reduced slightly and the bathroom extended it would be great. Didn't have a toaster.

Altea is a wonderful place to visit. The apartment was right next to the restaurants and bars. The apartment was clean and comfortable.
