The apartment itself is beautiful and really spacious. The kitchen has excellent facilities and the views from the balcony are great. The location was very good. It’s a nice safe, but also lively location. I always found somewhere for food/drinks and there’s a great pool hall right beside it. You’re in a great location for any of the typical tourist stuff (Siam park, Siam mall, aqua land, monkey park, snorkelling, kayaking etc). The area is also very easy to get public transport in, I never had to get a taxi anywhere. I will definitely come back

The air conditioning is a bit weak in the bedroom, it’s great in the kitchen area, but not ideal in the bedroom. It wasn’t a huge deal though. The hotel staff were a bit rude. I lost my bracelet in the swimming pool and I walked back down to try find it (about 20mins after pool closing hours), I saw it at the bottom of the pool so I went to ask reception for help. They told me to leave it there until the pool opens in the morning. I insisted I didn’t think it was safe but they would not offer me a net or let me go in and retrieve it. The next morning I arrived before the pool opened and the bracelet was gone. I was very upset about this!

Security of apartment could be improved, There is no safe, The door to the balcony has no lock.unable to secure. Had to go buy a mug for drinks as only very small cups provided

The property was in a great location next to the beach and promenade with lots of restaurants and bars nearby

To be improved

The windows in the bedroom were not well insulated therefore the bedroom was noisy at night as you could hear everything on the street

To be improved

Very dated, no pillow protectors, no extra blankets, bath slow to drain when having a shower. Bathroom smelt of drains at times. English committee members and their rules around the pool, you had to wait for pool sun beds to be unlocked at 10am & residents & guests placing towels around the pool area to mark their sun bed spots at 8am. One small very windy area to vape & smoke near the pool bar as this was not allowed around the pool.

No safety deposit box really needed. Apt. Dated. Lock on back patio door missing. Please get big cups for tea and coffee. Get a non stick pot.
