The room is comfortable, quiet, parking is convenient, and transportation is convenient nearby

To be improved

The online checking system is quite complicated. We drove here and spent nearly half an hour in the parking lot to fill out the information and documents. We hope that it can be simplified or sent to us by email in advance so that we can complete the checking work early to save time on the road.

“Great value. Comfortable, well equipped. Lovely host.”
The best

Decent size, clean, comfortable, well equipped. Monica met us and showed us everything. On site garage a big plus but be aware it is for smaller cars. Large eat in kitchen. Sunny. Quiet. Supermarket about 5 mins away by foot and 3 more a bit further. If you want restaurants you have a 10 minute walk to a restaurant area where you can get traditional fare in bar settings. If you want more upscale then you will need to drive. We need to be local but for tourism you will need to get a bus/taxi/drive to the centre.

The best

The property has everything you need and close to buses into Oviedo or easy take car journeys to the coast. The car parking space is very handy, small but not impossible There are quite a few bars and restaurants within a short walk

To be improved

The property has a smart lock which did not work well for me but the owner gave us a key to operate it manually

The best

We had a great holiday. The flat was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. It had everything to make life easier while on vacation. About 10 minute walk to the downtown core, couple of minutes from a supermarket, a minute to a lovely park. Highly recommend it! Thank you for everything.
