They charged 20 Euros for a small 3.6kg pet and not extras were given for it. More than any hotel or other accomodation. Hot water not working. Really uncomfortable mattress with U shape from either age/bad quality. All kitchen appliances connected to one electric hub (Water heater, electric stove, refrigerator) which made us not feel safe due to a potential fire hazard. If doing Camino de Santiago like us, Hotel would be better if possible, since you can arrive and leave your bags and probably checkin way earlier and have better facilities. Checkin process was very slow. We only received news few hours before arrival that we wouldn't be allowed to get checkin info unless all our ID's were submitted via Whatsapp. Picture with electric connections of fridge, water heater, stove all in one.

There was no kettle and the heaters were small and didn’t heat the rooms we were staying when the rain was really bad and needed to dry clothes etc so would be good to have bigger heaters and a clothes horse

When we arrived we were drenched wet and cold having walked 23 km that day. The apartment was freezing cold. It only has electrical plug in heaters. There was no heater in the large sitting room. It had been broken by the previous guests and not replaced. Hence we took a heater from a bedroom, put our wet outer garments on the clothes horse and stood this in front of the heater. We asked the concierge for an extra heater - he told us that he Could not do this because it was a holiday. Instead he brought a dehumidifier. See photo below. My bed was so damp I aired it with the hairdryer. The water heater was on a timer. There was only enough hot water for four showers hence the last person in our group had a cold shower.we asked for electric blankets. Concierge brought one which we did not use as it was taped with black tape and unsafe to use. See photo. Concierge was dismissive when we told him we were cold.
