“Terrible experience. Very dirty space, hot water failed during our time there and nobody did anything to solve it.”

The location is great, very easy to park and a nice park near by to go with kids.

To be improved

Multiple points: 1)I booked two apartment for 3 days each. From day one the hot water did not work, making our time there very unpleasant. Despite the multiple reporting by whatssap nothing was done other than promises. We asked for compensation and nothing happened. I personally find this a huge lack of respect for the customers. The problem happened in both apartments and they could not care less. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with lack of service but, even worst, lack of reaction. 2)the apartments were terribly dirty. Dust was everywhere. The floor was very dirty as well. My kids were walking without shoes and socks got brownish very fast. Some of the bed linen smelled like humans shit…again, very very unpleasant.

Great location in a quiet residential area. Just a 15-minute walk from the city center. Plenty of bars and cafés nearby. Lovely bakery next door with delicious coffee and fresh croissants.

To be improved

One of the beds was broken and was only repaired at the end of our stay. No key card was provided for the garbage bins, so we couldn’t dispose of trash properly. The manager asked us to leave garbage in an inappropriate place instead. There was a strong unpleasant smell from a wet mop stored in the closet. The apartment isn’t well equipped for longer stays — cleaning supplies and storage were insufficient.

Nice open space with relatively modern facilities. Good location, close enough to the old town (if you enjoy a nice walk).

To be improved

It could have been better maintained. There was water inside the washing machine when we arrived and it smelled rotten. The light feature on the kitchen splashed was hanging down broken, I had to carefully put it back in place. Then the main bed was very unstable, it has six legs and four of them were loose. I had to tighten (screw in) all of them. Then being a ground floor apartment, we had kids peeking into the apartment by all the windows, even the bedroom.
