Apartamento para 5, al pie de Gran Vía E2

The doors to the house were permenantly open, making us feel unsafe in the apartment. The stairs up were disgusting. The floors in the apartment were unclean and sticky. The sofa was so disgusting we had to cover it to sit in it. The shower doors barely hung there. The curtains in one of the rooms was so long they dragged on the floor and were dirty and full of flies. The photo below is of the doors to an apartment on one of the floors going up.

Noise of the street, some features that need to be fixed

I am seriously disappointed with the behavior of the people from the Varios Mundos agency. They left me believing that the code to unlock the front door of the apartment was unique and changed for each client which turned out to be a lie. During the stay, a man entered the apartment, he unlocked the door without any problems using my code with some strange explanation. I immediately informed the agency Varios Mundos and got an explanation that the person came to fix something in the apartment and got some kind of apology, but I still can't understand that anyone is allowed to enter the apartment without notice.
