“A clean and comfortable apartment in a pleasant area.”

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, only about 10 minutes to get to some local bars and restaurants, and a 25 minute walk to some great beaches. It suited us as a good base to explore Los Cristianos and the surrounding areas - but it's worth keeping in mind when walking back, it is all uphill. (A good workout though) It has a balcony with seating which overlooks a pretty street and mountains. The apartment is in a complex which has a pool and pool bar, which we enjoyed.

To be improved

I felt it might have been good to include some basic instructions on how to use the appliances (Italian espresso machine, cooker/hob, and the safe). This is at no fault of the host, but we were not able to use the balcony very much at all because the person residing next door spent all of their time smoking marijuana with the balcony doors open.

The best

The apartment was fresh and clean and had everything we needed. Fulvio greeted us at the apartment and was very nice and friendly. Apartment was 25min walk from the beach. Plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and taxi rank near by. Fulvio also took us to the airport for our early morning flight at the same cost as a taxi, which made our morning hassel free. No complaints and would definitely go back.

“Excellent stay”

The best

Excellent property with all stuff needed. Kitchen fully equiped with pots and pans, cutlery, utensils, kitchen towel, tea towels, washing up liquid, mugs and glasses. There's a small storage in a balcony that had all cleaning stuff, brush with dustpan, mop bucket, basin for washing. Best shower ever on holiday. Massive bed in bedroom, 2 wardrobes, plenty storage room. Really nice owner, great communication, very helpful if anything needed.

“Nice but a few disappointments”

Overall the apartment was good, comfortable bed. Complex is good, bars and restaurants close by.

To be improved

A few little disappointments - you provide an iron but no ironing board. There was no toaster, the kettle didn't work and leaked.
