The best

It was perfect. Everything about it. Easy to move around.

To be improved

Everything was perfect but l will suggest to look into renovating the floors, especially the kitchen floor, also the corridor and the bathroom floor. Other than that, everything was just perfect.

The best

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable — perfect for a city stay. Great location in a well-connected neighborhood with a lot of restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds, everything was clean and went smoothly. I definitely recommend it!

To be improved

The only downside was the lack of a dishwasher — since the apartment is for 8 people, there were a lot of dishes to wash by hand. Also, one of the bathrooms had a plastic shower curtain, which wasn’t very convenien

The apartment is spacious with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Good location. Within walking distance to main attractions and great restaurants right outside.

To be improved

Unfortunately there are lots of problems with this unit. The A/C in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms did not work. The hall bathroom toilet was loose. The bathroom by the kitchen has broken/loose tiles and water damage in the hall right outside. Furniture is not in the best condition. Overall except for the beds it did not look clean. I knew it was an old apartment but did not expect the condition it’s in.

The best

The area where the apartment is booked is in a very lively part of the neighborhood.  Access to small markets and lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment is not soundproof. Police Station is close by. You will hear all the noise. People are talking and cars zooming by. Didn't bother me much. The apartment was clean and spacious.  There's an electronic system to open the doors. You'll want to make sure you set up before the check-in time. There was very limited service, and it was hard to access the app. The stay in the apartment was great. We didn't have any issues. The views are awesome, and we had a very pleasant stay. They do charge a deposit for damages that is refunded within 7 days. Something I planned for but not used to since I usually use other vacation rental apps for booking.
