The apartment needed some TLC. Maintenance and stains removal. We had to buy insecticide for the roaches (we were "reminded" by the host that the hot weather brings out the insects and roaches after we complained, nothing done by the host )

If you are happy to walk, this is a lovely quiet location in Seville. It was a comfortable apartment and relatively well equipped.

To be improved

Main building door was a problem, however the host was responsive. It was quite a dark apartment.

The apartments are suitable for living only for a short time,we stayed for 10 nights, they didn't change the towels and bed linen. It disappoints us.
