“Nice view, lovely walks, disruption Nextdoor was a letdown”

The property overlooked a beautiful view, the whole apartment was very modern and very clean with comfy beds, equipped with everything you’d need to cook/wash and was nice and tidy upon arrival, located next to the open mall, which is a must see! And around 5-10 minutes walk to a SuperDino.

To be improved

The property was Nextdoor to a construction site, the construction started at around 8am on a weekday and finished around 4-5pm, drilling could be heard throughout the whole property which is a shame. One of the sliding doors was hard to close.

If you are a light sleeper note that there are thin walls and you can hear the neighbors, we were pretty tired every night so slept like a baby

“Building works next door sadly ruined our stay”
The best

A really amazing contemporary modern spacious apartment. In a very convenient area with good restaurants within 5mins walk. Local supermarket Spar is just 2mins walk. The sandy beach is also 5mins walk away

To be improved

The letting agents were not totally honest with us about the major building works going on next door. Work started 8am every morning and it felt we were in an earthquake/war zone without exaggeration. When I complained to the agents they apologised saying it was out of their hands but they should have advised beforehand about these in advance.

The best

Vero good location, spacious modern flat, extremely clean (and I am a very picky one!!!!), the owners always available to sort queries quickly.

To be improved

All was perfect, but there are ongoing building workings in the building attached to the property (Nov 2023) and they would start drilling walls each morning at 7:55 am, so everyone woke up due to noise. :(
