“Valencia's most client-orientated landlord”

Communication with Vicente (landlord), very comfortable check-in & check-out, spacious apartments with plenty of spacegood Wi-Fi, convenient location (10 mins on foot from the metro with direct line to the airport, the same distance to the big supermarket Mercadona), kitchen equipment, room lighting, water pressure, bed (mattress could be softer and smaller pillows would be just perfect)). All the nice reviews about Vicente are completely true, as are the photos of the apartment.

To be improved

The only minus that I сan recall is that the place is not quiet, you can hear noise from the street (entrance to the apartment from the street where people walk). But compared to all the pluses, I highly recommend this place and next time I will definitely choose it again! A big thank you to the most client-orientated landlord Vicente!

“Charming apartment in excellent location”

The best

The apartment is exceptionally clean and quite comfortable. The location is excellent, as you can access the subway in minutes and can also walk at the train station in about 10 minutes. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood and it is well illuminated. The host is super helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. I highly recommend this rental.

“Perfect apartment both for business and tourist trips.”

The best

Vicente, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly. Modern, loft-style apartment, well equipped and barrier-free. Only 10 minutes walking distance to downtown Valencia. One metro line just across the street connects in 30 minutes to the beach. Two more metro lines around the corner.

To be improved

The apartment is located behind the main railway station. The area is ok, but not very fancy.
