Getting the keys was pretty complicated. We had to go to another location. Luckily, we had a car, so it was a 10 min drive, but a very stressful one, since this other location is in the very city centre and requires excellent driving skills and really good nerves because some streets are extremely narrow and there are traffic jams. The apartment itself is fairly well located, but again, it's also in the old city centre with very narrow streets. What is more, there is NO parking space in the street or neighbouring streets at all, so we had to park in a public parking area, ( which is VERY expensive - 26 euro/day), then walk with all the luggage through the busy, narrow streets to the apartment, which is on the 3rd floor. There is no lift and the stairs are steep and narrow (just to bear in mind in case it could be a problem). Furthermore, the owner texted us a pretty long list of orders, what should and mustn't be done during our stay, written in a rather rude tone. The apartment is generally average, looks better on photos and the bathroom shower needs renovation. The tiled floors are very cold, a few carpets would do better. Some doors in the apartment can't be closed properly. And although the matresses and pillows are quite comfortable, all the beds are smaller in size (e.g. double bed 140x180)

- annoying to get and return the apartment key to separate address (consider, If in a hurry), - no wifi-coverage in last rooms (III floor), - quite basic solutions (shower set needs upgrade), no extra furniture, lacks cozyness.
