Apartamento Peonía

The apartment was unfortunately not as expected. It had a strong unpleasant smell, and the room felt dark and unclean, with dust and garbage on the floor. The bedding was dirty and smelled bad, as well as the towels . The bathroom lacked basic items like a waste bin and towel hangers. With better cleaning and a few improvements, it has potential to offer a much more comfortable stay.

Aircon unit needed a bucket to catch the water!

There could be better communication. I understood I would be given all the instructions a day or two prior to arrival. But you must contact the establishment, they require a photo of your passport/dni and then they will send you instructions on how to enter. That is understandable but do not say you will send us instructions because no instructions are sent. It is possible I may have misunderstood. There is no front desk as mentioned in the description, just lock boxes. I was just going to deal with the front desk when I arrived but something told me to send a message the morning of my arrival. Response was quick and documentation sent and entry instructions received. Do not wait until you arrive at the property or it will just delay the process. The entry door and patio were frightening but as you go further you can see the renovations that have taken place. Overall, a great stay and great apartment. I would definitely stay again.
