Comfortable beds; elevator in the building; parking place in the garage; clean apartment; price/comfort was OK.

To be improved

Empty swimming pool. We rented the apartment because of the pool as shown on the pictures. However, upon arrival there was no water in the pool and the pool stayed empty throughout our stay. We were not informed about this. Handle of cooking kettle was broken and therefore dangerous to use.

“We were so pleased to be staying in Chipiona. A lovely town with plenty of places to visit around.”
The best

Lovely apartment with an excellent terrace and a view across the marina to the sea. Everything we needed was there. Good WiFi. It was pretty quiet which was nice because we had worried a little bit about being close to the road and the roundabout but in fact it was no problem at all. We even found it fun watching people stop at the roundabout to photograph the statue in the middle! Chipiona was the best town in the area to stay in our opinion.

To be improved

A new frying pan and perhaps a saucepan as the handle was wobbly on one. The double bed was a little bit firm for our old bones, a foam topper would be lovely! A couple of thicker pillows too.

We knew the owner was contactable at all times. A problem occurred late one night, which was nothing to do with the apartment itself, but the owner immediately found a solution.
