Apartamento Perdiz. Perfecto.

the beds were so uncomfortable we only stayed two out of 4 nights. no sleep on holiday is not the best. there were ants in the shower, weeds in the garden (would have taken 5 minutes to clean them up) no hot water. After telling the owner (Andrea) of the issues she replied by saying we had urinated in the bed and would not be considering compensation. So not good at responding to criticism and either her or Andre the guy who looked after the property were lying. shame because initially i thought Andre was a nice guy. All i can say is beware, who knows what you will be accused of if you stay there. Of course i would definitely advise you do not stay. edit to response from property owner. 1. we are a family, mother, father and daughter - all adults. 2. we did not wet the bed! owner provided a picture of a lightly stained area of a mattress but were unable to provide a picture of the stained bedsheets, which we would also have expected to see. We are a respectable family who do not go around urinating the bed. That stain would have previously been there, and i feel disgusted that i slept on that bed. 3. I never said i would ruin their business, but i would give a damaging review for their lies. 4. we did not stay 3 nights, we only stayed Monday and Tuesday night due to the most uncomfortable and lumpy mattresses. 5. We did see Andre at the bar, but at no time did we ever mention we were happy with the apartment. We also had to chase several times for the pool key. We were told to use the pool for a different phase that didn't require a pool key that was ten minutes away. After complaining Andre providing a pool key from another guest that was leaving the next day.
