“Very good”
The best

Great location very close to the beach. Many shops and restaurants around. The apartment has a great balcony that can be used at any time of the day since it is not too exposed to the sun. Ceiling funs in main bedroom and living room help to keep the house cool. Kitchen well equipped. Smart TV with Netflix. Great swimming pool. Large parking slot.

To be improved

A but noisy over the night, particularly some noise coming from ceiling’s pipes or maybe the AC installation (although they did not go away with the AC off). There should be fans in all bedrooms. Some of the furniture is a bit old.
